Ellianah & Adam
Today I had a chance to play with Chad’s new Canon 5D. Ellianah made a great test subject. These pics were taken on a 15mm ultra wide angle (fisheye) f2.8 lens.

I got new (well, 2nd hand) studio lighting the other week. I havn’t much to test it on yet, so I decided to try a self portrait. It’s kind of like an advanced MySpace shot I guess. I’m still learning how to use the gear. 3 x 500w Bowens Esprit Lights with umbrellas, stands, softbox and a tripod. The next shoot in my home studio shall be very cool.

Once again, here is my annual attempt to capture a good Riverfire pic. Next time, a wider angle lens and to be closer to the action. Thanks to half of Brisbane who also decided to turn up to the water reservoir and turn in into a carpark, you could have just walked up the hill! Oh and thanks to Mr and Mrs “I’ll eat my take-away fish and chips up the top of the hill so I don’t miss the action” for leaving your rubbish on the ground behind me, you people are making Brisbane a much better to live.
